Context switching is expensive and it tends to lead to substandard work; therefore, I am very careful to limit the number of clients I work with at any given time. In general, I do not work with more than 4 clients at a time and I try to average only 2 clients at a time.

If I am overbooked and we can't schedule out into the future, I will do my best to refer you to someone.

I am a solo consultant that truly enjoys working with great people and organizations. I am open to fixed retainers, fixed fee projects, and t&m models.

If I need to engage a partner as part of our project I will be completely transparent and up front about it. If one of my partners is not a good fit, then I am completely open to working with others.
